The annual Leaver’s Assembly led by our Year 6 pupils will be held on the last day of term – Friday July 21st, starting at 9.30am. Immediately following will be our presentation of trophies and awards, involving pupils from all classes. All are welcome.

Sports Day Our Key Stage 2 Sports Day went ahead yesterday in fine weather. The pupils served up wonderful performances in an excellent sporting spirit. At the end of an entertaining afternoon, the ‘Cahir Cup’ went to the Blue Team. It was a close event and all hinged on the final race. Congratulations to all the pupils and a big thank you to all our Year 6 helpers, staff past and present and all spectators for making it such an enjoyable event.

If your child received a shield during presentation day last July and have not yet returned them to school, could I ask that they be returned to the office as soon as possible please?

Don’t forget to wear your pyjamas on Friday June 16^th. There is a £1 fine for everyone in pyjamas – including staff with all proceeds going to our Just Giving Fund.

Year 6 returned safely, if not exhausted, late yesterday afternoon after a busy few days at Sealyham activity centre. They had a thoroughly enjoyable time and I would like to thanks Mr Oulton, Miss Austin and Miss Abel for giving of their time to accompany the children.

Our annual School Fete took place on Friday 9th of June and was a huge success. Thank you to those who sent in ‘filled mugs’ and raffle prizes  and to those who attended the event.  We are very grateful for your continued support.

When we update OurSchoolsApp with new information or news about the school, a push message notification will automatically be sent to your device to inform you of this update. You can then view the notification which will then take you directly to our app.

Instructions for download:

1) Using your device (iPad, iPhone, smart pad, tablet or android phone), visit the relevant marketplace for your product (Apple Store or Google Play).
2) Search for ‘OurSchoolsApp‘ and download the app.
3) Once downloaded, use the search bar within the app and enter the postcode or the name displayed, just touch the screen on the school name.
6) Confirm your choice by pressing ‘Ok’.
7) You will now be presented with the correct app for your chosen school which contains news, information, calendar events, contacts and any other relevant details.

Our Year 4 and 5 pupils returned caked in mud but with broad smiles from the Tag Rugby Festival yesterday. We fielded five teams – more than any other school and all the children

Our Year 6 class visited Pembrokeshire College today as part of a science activity day. They showcased their excellent project work on the theme ‘The perfect cup of tea’.
